Reaching Out To Customers Has Been Continually Essay

¶ … reaching out to customers has been continually changing. Part of reason for this is because more people are turning to the Internet as a way to be able to promote their products and communicate to a larger audience. A good example of this can be seen with the election of Barack Obama in 2008, with him using this medium as a way to gain support and funding for his campaign. This allowed him to utilize this new technology to effectively connect with and inform voters about key issues. Over the course of time this helped his campaign to gain momentum. Once this occurred is when he was able to stand out against his rivals through effectively utilizing these tools. (Miller, 2008) In the case of Party Plates they want to use a similar kind of strategy that will take these different ideas into account and incorporate them as a part of their marketing strategy. To determine how this can be accomplished we will focus on: three wireless technologies that would be beneficial to the organization, the pro / cons on incorporating two of them into the company and providing a justification for the decision. This is the point that we can see how these tools can allow the firm to most effectively reach out to the largest demographic of customers.

This will help the firm's employees to effectively communicate with each other and create strategies that will stand out in the minds of consumers. During a marketing campaign, this will assist consumers in quickly downloading information and understanding the various products / services that the company is providing. These tools are important, because the combination of them will help executives in effectively communicating with each other (which will coordinate the strategy). While it is simultaneously informing consumers about the kinds of products and services that the company has to offer. This is significant, because it will allow the firm to compete more efficiently and customize a message that will resonate with customers. (Vernon, 2011)
The Pros and Cons for incorporating these two Wireless Technologies in your Organization

When implementing this kind of strategy, there will be a number of benefits and drawbacks associated with it. As far as the benefits are concerned, the most notable include: it will improve internal communication inside the organization and help the firm to be able to effectively reach out to customers. The way that this will improve internal communication is through assisting employees across the country in coordinating their strategy and how the firm will be reaching out to the various demographics of consumers. This will improve the ability of the organization to create a message that consumers can relate to. (McCormick, 2009)
